Should Show and Tell be a regular feature at campouts?
« on: May 08, 2019, 10:47:00 AM »
I had a lot of positive feedback to the Show and Tell, and learned a tremendous amount from the short form presentations. Thanks to Country Singer for expanding it to show bug out bags. And especially thanks to all who shared.

Congratulations to RWS and upacreek on winning the gift card drawing for presenters.

Would y'all like to see it as a regular feature going forward, with one or two more long form presentations, or would you rather see it used more sparingly?
A strong conviction that something must be done is the parent of many bad measures.

I think it should be a regular feature. I was honestly surprised at the number and variety of presentations.

I say Yup. Great to find out the little things. Like NJ_M715's Flat Plate exchanger...that was fascinating and a untapped resource I never would have thought of.

I would vote to keep it. It probably puts less stress on one or two people to put together longer classes on one single topic. The conversational nature of it is helpful as well.
