Just Introducing Myself

 I am new to this site, but been doing some beginning prepping for the last couple of years. I am in Georgia district 2. I live in White county and work in Hall county. I am currently looking for a closely knit group of people to share prepping ideas, supply lists, and techniques to become better equipped for my family's possible future needs. Possibly even find some time to attend in person events like rucking, bugout simulation exercises, etc. I was saved here in Georgia soon after I meet my now wife, and I am raising 3 children now. Even if you are already part of a closed and tight knit group, it is a good idea for similar communities in different locations to have additional contacts and a network to help our families survive in an uncertain or catastrophic future event. Looking forward to talking with you all.  :)

Welcome to our group!  You will find lots of good information here.  You may find the monthly list posted for food storage very helpful as you prepare.  One comment that is often repeated here and can not be said enough is "Store what you eat, and eat what you store."  With three children in your care, this is especially important to avoid throwing out expired food in the future.
I hope you hear from those near you.  We may move to your location some day.  Right now, we are 45 minutes south of Atlanta.  You are wise to prepare!

Welcome from region 8.  This net has 4 major get togethers a year and some regions have meet ups.  Scroll down to the state wide and regional activities thread and read up on past events.
