Had a great time and good to see everyone who came!

It was bookended by a little weirdness, though, for me. I got a late start because the power went out, Georgia Power thought they fixed it, then had to come back out. Somewhere in there I had to manually open my garage door. What I hadn't considered that it was hanging lower then normal. Once the power came back on I was in a hurry and went through there full speed and brained myself on the door. I took a tumble and lost consciousness for a moment, but collected myself just in time to see the garage door fall the rest of the way, upon which it latched, locking me out of the house.

Even after all that, I got there with enough daylight to get the trailer set up enough to sleep.

Then today when I went to leave, I heard a faint little clicking noise. I popped off my left rear center cap and there were two sheared lugs in there and one missing completely! So my whole wheel was only held on by three lugs. So the rest of my day was quite the adventure. Thanks to stvr for going out of his way to help!

I just can't imagine if I'd had my window up or my radio on or something and had missed that clicking.

Hopefully I can make the last one.

The "last" one? I hope this isn't some sort of foretelling of the apocalypse!

I hope the next one isn't the last one, but I look forward to seeing you there!

Got my herbs from the campout and the R2 meeting underway. Peppermint in red pots and spearmint in green pots. The Greek oregano is the black. I'm going to keep them at my house for a while until they're good and robust and then transplant them up at the BOL.

Thanks to the Starlady and Wabbit for sharing!

They're looking good!   And since they've been moved twice in the past week, keeping them in the pots for several weeks is an excellent idea.  They don't need to be wet all the time but remember pots dry out fast.  Good luck, I'm excited for you!

Here's the link to the hand made tools I was talking about around the campfire:

For some reason, I find the videos rather soothing.

If victorious, we will have everything to hope for in the future. If defeated, nothing will be left for us to live for.”
