I can't believe that this councilman actually says normal people can't afford to fight the city and would loose their property, but this guy is rich. WOW! What tyrannical thinking.  Does she grasp the levity of what she is saying?

There is definitely a tinge of, "How dare he not be a peasant that we can run over!  He can't do that, we're the government!"

It's her audacity that I find shocking. Poor people can't fight, so we take from them. How dare this rich guy fight us.
