« on: July 23, 2019, 05:22:09 PM »
Using a raspberry pi to send ham radio transmissions using multiple digital formats at once on low power across the united states to other users. Being an all 12 volt system this can be used for off grid communications. Using solar and battery backup as our power.

The presenter is Devon Harris Retired Army. Currently at Fort Gordon near Augusta Georgia.
Devon along with other military intelligence officers and programmers came up with this system of getting traffic thru when other things may fail.
AmRRON The American Redoubt Radio operators Network is a network of Preppers, Patriots and Redoubters who have volunteered to keep each other connected when other means of communications are unavailable or unreliable. AmRRON operators participate in scheduled nets to practice using non-conventional communications.

I don't want to say that he lurks here from time to time...

But, he lurks here from time to time!

Probably not, it's more of a capability demonstration than a class.
