Pro-Geek, How long to you think it will take the managers to teach the National Guard as meat cutters? Those poor people, sign up for the guard, cut meat and spray nursing homes...Probably not the skills they signed up to learn.
I am still cooking whole chickens because I can not do a decent job cutting one up.
Just heard on the news that they are hiring people in the slaughter houses, just to kill the hogs.....then what?
