At the bank I work for, they asked employees to submit their favorite family recipes for inclusion in a cookbook.
The final compilation came in this week, and I was happy to see authentic Mexican recipes for salsa and horchata
from 2 of my favorite co-workers and several other good ones for dips, dishes, and desserts for holiday entertaining
coming up.

Note: As big as I am on collecting recipes, I did not submit any to this project.
