New Feature: email notification when you get a PM.

The system will drop you a mail to your registered address to let you know you have a PM.

It was an option before, but now it's the default.

It was mentioned today that one person already had this. I don't know if it was the norm or the exception, but I guess at least some people had it before.

Now it's the default.
