Title: 700 lb alligator found in Middle Georgia
Post by: Lilburner on March 02, 2019, 12:09:39 PM
Wonder how much meat that is.

Makes a case for a 45-70 if you need an excuse and aren't in bear country. The article said it had gunshot wounds. Wonder what it had been shot with.

Shouldn't the gun and it's owner that shot him still be inside his stomach?  This guy is the stuff of nightmares or really awesome B movies.

This one was quite old. There was one about that size killed down at the Flint a few years ago. We monitor our area closely for them.

Hey, didn't camp near him a couple of years ago at Ocmulgee? I knew he'd outgrow that lake. ;)
