Dallas, TX Stops Pension Withdrawals

They're having cash flow issues, to put it mildly.  Even though Dallas has been primarily Democrat-run since the 80s, it's still Texas, so imagine how bad this issue is in states like California and New York.  I can't help but wonder if we'll see an economic collapse from the municipal/state level cascading upward instead of downward from the national/international level that we've always anticipated.
