Finally got to do some housekeeping, upgrades, and repairs.
The badges are back - yay!
I got rid of the Shoutbox under the calendar. It wasn't being used and seemed to also be buggy.
I upped the size of total attachments and once again disallowed pictures. Consider the tinypic icon the official way of uploading pictures from now.
