If anyone won the lotto last night, there’s a nice piece of property down the road from us for sale. 2800 sq ft , 3 BR 3 bath ten year old home with a pool, a huge heated and cooled shop, a camper pad with hookups in the woods and around 55 acres of mixed open and wooded land. I’ve been by there and, although not my style at all, it’s a beautiful place. I don’t know the owner and don’t know why they are selling except maybe they are downsizing since they are getting older.
