I ordered a TYT UV8000E on Amazon, and apparently it had to be shipped from China. After learning it had been delivered I contacted the seller and received this.

Following..... I was planning on ordering a new radio or two, but have heard similar issues from other people.  Not just your model, but radios from other manufactures and models too.
