Please ask her how many loves it makes, I am guessing two, have not done it.  Also, when you take the fritters out of the freezer, how do you reheat them?

Your guess is correct.  Two of the larger loaves or 4 of the small loaves.

We thaw and heat either in a skillet or microwave them warm.  I think mostly microwave except when camping.  We usually camp without electricity although the camper does have an onboard generator.  It is noisy and smelly.

Well we are expecting low temperatures to blow in here tonight.  After lunch just before we were going out to pick all of our lettuce from the 4ft x 8ft bed, My mini farm neighbor called.  He said he wanted to make sure we were home and he was coming to drop off some pecans.  While he was here I showed him what was left of my lettuce bed and cut him a grocery bag full of Romaine and a red lettuce.  It was a good trade especially when my lettuce would have frozen tonight.  We now have it all cut and the wife is washing it and finding a place in the garage refrigerator for it.
