Wellchemin in Elgin SC caught on fire and the wind is blowing a cloud of nitric oxide toward Fort Jackson they have shut down interstate 20 Percival Rd. and White Pond Road, nitric oxide when in contact with water via your eyes or lungs or a pond or your skin turns into nitric acid which is extremely toxic
