5 ingredient/Can Soup
(This is a healthier version, but you can use full fat and/or full salt versions if that's what you have on hand. Kroger sells all the no-salt and fat free versions of these ingredients. Walmart might have some of them. Rinsing the corn will make it almost a no-salt version.)
INGREDIENTS
1 (14.4 ourne) can fat-free chicken broth
1 (14.4 ounce) can corn, drained and rinsed (no salt variety available)
1 (14.4 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (no salt variety available)
1 (14.4 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
1 (14.4 ounce) can no-salt added diced tomatoes (or Rotel)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients ina medium saucepan, which to integrate the refried beans.
Simmer until warmed through. Serve and garnish as desired.
(Fat-free sour cream or shredded cheese, avocado or green onions would all be good with this.)
