Call it what ever you like. Today I decided to make some soup from scratch. In a 2 quart sauce pan I put in some water no over a quart. I added 2 chicken bullion cubes and turned on the burner to warm the solution. While that was heating, I pealed some onions and chopped them into chunks (little over a cup full). I took a small wedge of cabbage from a head and chopped it into chunks (about 2 cups). I added the onions to the heated bullion solution and brought it back to a boil. I opened a 10oz can of "Crider" shredded chicken from mid term stores and added. I added salt about 1/2 tea spoon, then garlic powder about 1/2 tea spoon and some black pepper. Season to your taste. Then I added the cabbage and simmered a few minutes. When the cabbage was half done (slightly chunky in the middle) I served. It was delicious. The wife even said it was OK. Just practicing for when and now I can restock more canned chicken.
