Look what I got for Christmas

A three tray seed sprouting kit with a directions book.  It came with 12ea 16 oz. packs of various sprouting seeds.  I am sprouting one type of seed at a time to try and determine which I like best.  Then when I reorder I can order that type of seed.    Sprouting seeds to me is like cooking rice or grits.  Go easy on the amount you start with as it tends to grow, grow and grow. 
Now,  Does anyone have a sprouting seed favorite?  If so I would like to hear about it.  Just looking at the seed that came with this kit, I will be all year trying to see which ones I like best!

Sounds like a good extra winter green. I never liked been sprouts.When.  I. get some. greens on a sandwich, I have enjoyed them. (not been!) Mostly,I have raised therefor my chickens. Let. us know which ones you enjoyed. Happy New Year (wishful thinking.)
