Hey folks. New guy here in North Alabama. Always been into preparedness but am finally in a position to start looking for a bug out property... preferably in the nearby mountains with onsite spring water. Any tips would be welcome. Bonus points if it already has improvements like underground storage. Would also like to meet local likeminded folks for networking.
