it's a cleaning supply and port a pot place
I wouldn't  use them for drinking water but they're probably fine for anything else
especially projects that cut them open making it easy to pressure wash the inside
the guy said they usually sell for 50$ but they are overstocked and need to clear the lot to expand a building
as of today there a ton left but I wouldn't wait if youre thinking about it
