Our bill will allow a 100% deduction so they can buy a new farm or new farming equipment. And by the way, the deduction is good for everyone, not just farmers.

And it will virtually eliminate the so-called estate tax or death tax.»

100% Deduction: It will allow farmers to fully deduct the cost of purchasing new farms or agricultural equipment, reducing their tax burden and making it easier to invest in their operations.

If I buy a small tractor, 4ft rototiller and other accessories this year, Sounds like I will be able to take a 100% tax deduction.

After this bill passes and DJT signs it, I will check with my tax preparer.

tlwagg,  You all may be able to get new farming equipment for your new farm and everyone else will help you pay for it.  When I did my solar installation in South Ga. (years ago) I spent $20K on a system and got 65% of it back on a tax deduction.  Of course you have to have a tax bill to be able to deduct from.
