Hello to all SEPN Georgia and Georgia Region 6 members!
The Thanksgiving season is finally in full swing and Christmas is following very close behind! There are still quite a lot of "happenings" going on all around us locally, nationally, and world-wide, and appear to be changing and evolving minute by minute. PLEASE keep your heads “on a swivel” and
STAY VIGILANT!We had our year-end Georgia Region 6 scheduled monthly meeting on November 22nd and attendance for this one was EXCELLENT! Region 6 added a new member as well! 😊 Some of our members were not able to attend due to family obligations, and all were greatly missed!
There was no presentation topic for this meeting, but we did discuss some “housekeeping issues” concerning our meeting operations internally and with the use of USS as our monthly meeting place.
The majority of our time was spent discussing what went well, what didn’t go well, and what meeting topics Region 6 members would like to see in 2026. When I placed this discussion topic onto the floor, the flood gates opened WIDE! ALL of our members present offered many EXCELLENT and innovative ideas and opinions on all 3 points. A few folks who were not in attendance sent me information expressing their thoughts, opinions and ideas, for me to read aloud as well! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!
Based on all that was discussed and suggested, 2026 will DEFINITELY be another ABSOLUTELY GREAT ONE for all of us here in Region 6! As we ended our meeting, we put the “icing on our cake” so to speak, with an OUTSTANDING POTLUCK / Holiday Season Luncheon!
Have I mentioned in past meeting announcements how we are GREATLY BLESSED to have such wonderful “cooks and chefs” among us here in Region 6? If you left this meeting hungry--
it was your own fault!! OUTSTANDING JOB to all who made our potluck and meeting what it was! THANK YOU! 😊
As I have mentioned in many past posts here concerning our Georgia Region 6 monthly meetings, we are so VERY BLESSED to have such GREAT active members and participants. All of our members are an “exceptional wealth of knowledge” and are “true experts” on a wide variety of preparedness topics – BAR NONE! It's YOU, Region 6 members, that make our monthly meetings what they are! THANK-YOU! 😊
We also have been TRULY BLESSED to have such a WONDERFUL place here at Uncle Sam’s Surplus to hold our monthly meetings! The staff at USS have always provided EXCELLENT SUPPORT for our SEPN Georgia Region 6 meetings. They have gone “above and beyond the call of duty” to assist us in any way concerning our meeting needs with any equipment or class presentation items in their stock for our use! They are without a doubt #1 in customer service!
A BIG THANK-YOU goes out to Alex, Shelby, Nick, Clint, John, and the rest of the USS crew for your continued support of us and our monthly meetings. YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!
Be sure to continue to watch here in Region 6 concerning all of our future happenings! Please consider joining us for our January 24, 2026 meeting. As always, we’ve definitely got plenty of chairs, coffee, and GREAT FELLOWSHIP, for all to enjoy!
Please note that we will NOT be having a monthly meeting in December, as the 4th Saturday falls very close to Christmas Day.Wishing all a very good Thanksgiving, a Merry Christmas, and a much happier 2026!
Take care, stay safe, be vigilant, God bless, and PLEASE KEEP ON PREPPING! Rhett / Voodoo MD****************************************************************
